Update:
- Added an option to skip checking for VR (listens for any key press except the Mouse button, seeing as it's the more common setup)
- Implemented Rewired, an Input management asset, so most gamepads, and racing wheels should be supported, see http://guavaman.com/projects/rewired/docs/SupportedControllers.html for controllers supported
- Added Calibrate prompt in the ship
- Added geometry around the world to fill in the outer edges
- Added geometry in the world to let you get out of the holes, so all areas should be accessible now
